Not worth the hassle

I don't know if Gayle still manages this complex, but if she does, beware.
The woman is nuts.
She'll come into your apartment at all hours of the day and night.
I was on the toilet one morning before school and she walked in on me! Didn't feel too safe after that.
She seemed nice enough before then, but that threw me for a loop.
The complex is loud and since the whole thing is centered around the pool, you can't escape the noise.
Also, the pool is closed 11 months out of the year.
On the weekends, neighborhood children come over to jump off the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies into the pool and at night it's all parties.
If you leave anything outside, it will end up in the pool - plants, chairs, towels.
It was fun living so close to campus and Duval - but so not worth it if Gayle is still there.
