I lived in this apartment last year and it was not a good experience.

Like someone else said, the pool is a breeding ground for people who don't live there to have big parties around the dirty pool that doesn't work.

Not only that, but there's no onsite management anymore, so you can take that as a blessing or a curse.

I'd go ahead and say curse since the plumbing broke in the apartment about 6 times over the first semester alone.

You call up the management across town, they send over their maintenence staff about 4-5 days later.

And be prepared to get none of your deposit back.

I left my apartment better looking than when I moved in and I would get charges that were just plain false or they would charge for things broken written on the sheet you turn in when you move in detailing what is wrong with the apartment.

These people are scummy and they will invade your privacy.

Not to mention parking where if you have anything but a compact car, you have to park in the back because it will take you 10 minutes to park and you'll likely scrape into one of the other cars because the parking is so ridiculous in the front (narrow and angled).

The only problem is that the spots in the back are always taken so you have to stick to trying to get a street spot.
