The AC and the plumbing is the worst I have seen in any apartment complex in Austin. The manager, Collette, is lazy and temperamental. She treats tenants rudely and does not respond to complaints.

The water trickles through the plumbing in the mornings or late at night. It is difficult to soap up and shower in the bathrooms. Also, the sinks get clogged, and no one *NO ONE* will come and have a look at it.

The Air-Conditioning is based on what Collette calls a *chiller system* and apparently it is the fault of the technology that it does not turn on even when it is 85 degrees outside. Apparently, things need to get as hot as hell before the AC kicks in. Naturally, there is no way to remedy this either.

The fans creak and threaten to fall off the cieling. Half the drier units downstairs don't dry in one run. It's a sad sad place.

The only good thing about this place is that it is close to campus. But the condition of this place sucks, had I known about this earlier, I would have chosen to pay a few dollars more and live in a nicer place down the road. Do your friends a favor, spread the word. This place is a ------- dump!
