The "Million-DOllar" renovations are crap. Instead of properly installing granite counter tops.. they glued granite bathroom tiles to the tops of the existing kitchen formica counters. The stained concrete floor would have really looked nice if they had scrapped the freakin carpet glue off the concrete before they stained it. In my apartment you could see a ring from the stain can in the floor. First floor apartment also flooded when it rained, and complained for a year about a cabinet missing a drawer and never got fixed or replaced. Very noisy due to UT students, management team changes about every 3 to six months, and car break-ins are frequent. Not worth the money.
