We had an issue with the dryer vents (an issue that could have led to an apartment fire) and the maintenance team was sent to clean the vents. After reporting the repair complete, I found the vent cover they say they removed to complete the process still had unbroken old paint over the bolts.

The maintenance lies about the actions they take, when you watch to make sure that they do something, they are fumbling jokes. Completely incompetent.

Oh, and my car's windshield was smashed in, cops say the perp used a rock and smashed the window and hood multiple times. I was parked just in front of the management office. Nice to know the community here keeps an eye out (but doesn't do anything) becuase the pedestrian gate no longer locks and the car gate offers no protection. Not that this matters since the biggest risk are the people who live in the complex.

Apartment managers (can't keep employess for more than a month, like a revolving door in that office) are rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. I'm waiting for the day there is a head on collision at the only gate since they have flipped the sides you enter and exit on instead of putting the card reader on correct side.
