I have lived at this complex for 1.5 years and I have been consistently disappointed in the level of service.

The first week I moved in I had problems. The toilet kept backing up. No matter how little paper we used, it would back up. It took THREE times of the maintenance man coming with his plunger before they forked over the $$ for a real plumber. Turns out there was a wire hanger in the toilet. Nice. Even nicer that they were so cheap about getting a real plumber.

My biggest problem was that the dryer vent was almost completely clogged and we didn't know it. Silly me, I thought that would be the kind of thing that the complex would have cleaned between tenants. Because of this, the dryer over heated and the safety fuse burned out within 2 weeks. I learned all this from the nice repairman that charged $150 to fix it. I tried for weeks to get reimbursement from the management company, and they refused. THEIR dirty vent broke MY dryer, but somehow it wasn't their fault and they weren't liable. The maintenance man even lied to my face when he told me that he took off the outside vent cover and cleaned inside. I know because the screws were painted over and undisturbed. And the minute I took it off myself, I could see it hadn't been cleaned in years. It took weeks before I could talk them into getting a professional to clean them out.

When we first moved in, there was a problem with roaches. It took several visits from pest control to clear it up. Sometimes, I would request the pest control man and no one would ever come and I'd have to request again the next week. I will say, though, that I haven't seen a roach in months.

My roommate's car was smashed, you can see his review on here too. So much for the supposed security patrol. I'm convinced they don't even come by once a night, much less more often. We've seen them trying to drive into the "wrong" side of the entrance, that's how familiar they are with this complex. Oh, and (this isn't the apartment's fault, but) don't bother calling the police for anything. It's not in a city, it's the Williamson county sheriff's district and they won't come out unless someone is dead or on fire.

Someone broke into the mailboxes and stole mail recently. The pedestrian gate doesn't always lock, so it could have been anyone. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto.

The handle of our stove broke off. The fridge leaked and they came to fix it more than once before finally getting a new fridge. The wiring is ridiculous. The switches turn on random plugs, but not the ceiling fan. The living room switch turns off the light but also the plug by the cable jack, so if you put the TV there you'd be constantly turning off your DVR or whatever when you leave. We had to run the cable across the room. The fan in the living room broke. They "fixed" it, but now instead of a 3 speed fan you can only get medium. The office staff has turned over more times than I can count. The current woman is surly. Little things, but they all add up to a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
