We moved here from Southland, as many residents did because of the terrible management at Southland. When we first moved here , it was such a nice change, it was so quiet compared to Southland. It is much better insulated, and the manager is nice and professional and tries to be fair to the tenants. After about a month though, I started noticing the noise level building with our upstairs neighbor , who drinks constantly. The smell of pot smoke is everywhere in the complex, and they are slow to do repairs, but will get them done if you stay on them. Have seen some bad domestic violence here with a certain neighbor, but I guess you can see that anywhere. So , in general it is much much better then Southland, but I would not advise moving here unless you just cannot get in anywhere else, though they do background checks here unlike Southland, but most of the people here like to party and drink and smoke pot, but for the most part everyone leaves everyone else alone. It is not the worst place, there is much worse, but not the best either.
