My experience here, so far, has been great. I have a 1 bedroom on the second floor, with an entry way in the back of the building. My sink was leaking and I called them yesterday. The maintenance guy came in about 30-minutes, but was at the time working on another maintenance problem. He said he'd come back in 2 hours, and he did, and resolved the problem. Parking isn't difficult to find either. I know they've been renovating the buildings and apartments as well. They have a fitness room, swimming pools, tennis courts and they are clean. For the price and space/square feet, and location in Austin (right off 183 and I-35), it is worth it. Huge plus, some of my friends live here at the Chevy Chase Apartments too.
