Incompetent Office Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Office staff is generally not helpful, lazy, and incompetent. They try to hide their unprofessionalism with smiles, but that just makes it more frustrating to deal with them. I signed up to use the clubhouse for my sister's baby shower and was given an extensive list of cleaning duties that must be completed after using it to avoid losing the $250 deposit I put down. When we went to the clubhouse to set up, we found trash in the corner, some sort of glitter project spread over the table (and on the floor), a pile of dirty dishes in the sink, and, worst of all, disgustingly rancid food in the kitchen. When I brought my complaint to the manager, she simply gave me a confused look and said the housekeeper must not have known we were coming. That's why there was weeks-old rotting food in the kitchen'
