after reading all the reveiws that totally sum up my expericence. both good and bad. i have lived here for three years and seen some interesting stuff. if facts are its an aging community so that are problems creeping up. there is absolutely no parking. rents have dropped bringing in a much younger and louder tenants making this be an undesirable place to live. walls are thin and you can easily hear people going up and down the stairs. this is the best protery in this area though with very manicured lawns. which if you try to sleep in during the week you will find a lawn mower going off all day long! staff is two faced. they even complained to me that my rates have dropped $260 per month, like it was my fault. maintance is ------, every service call has to be repeated at least twice. great accessability to I35 and MOPAC. and the messed up on two of my three leases. paperwork is lax here. my first year i did even have to have an employer they were so desparte for tenants.
