Small Floor Plans but Good Place to Live

Other than the floorplans being on the small side, I had no major problems with this complex. Staff was pretty responsive, water pressure was consistent and good, grounds were kept pretty clean, I always felt safe.
The major benefit of this complex is that it's VERY reasonably priced in comparison to the complexes around it. My 550 SqFt went for $535/month when I was a tenet (year of 2000. Currently it's going for $560 which is an increase but still a much better deal than most of the apartments of a relative size in good neighborhoods. Also while the floorplan is rather small, the living room is a decent size which was great.
Overall I was really pleased with my experience there and didn't move for any reasons related to the complex or dissatisfaction. Also, I received my entire deposit back no problem at move out (minus the $150 non-refund of the $300 pet deposit) and my kitty had caused a few carpet stains.
