This place is a dump, but it is cheap. So, if your only concern is having a cheap place to live, then welcome to the ghetto. It is true you get what you pay for, so i would recommend spending a little extra & finding a place worth while. One of the worst parts of living here is the office staff, they are generally rude and inconciderate. They will do everything in their power it seems to make your life as hard as possible. There are areas where they could cut slack & never do. They even gave us a hard time and made us pay all kinds of fees on top of a larger deposit to upgrade our apartment to a 2 bdrm. You would think they would be happy to be getting more money from us, but no they did just about everything they could to keep us from upgrading, until we threatened to leave the complex all together. All in all I would not rate my experience there as pleasent, and would advise anyone thinking of moving there not to.
