I had lived at Churchill Crossing for almost 4 years and I thought they were somewhat decent for a single person who didn't need much space...that was untill I lost my job and asked if they would work with me on the last month of my lease. Well, they refused to work with me in any way shape or form and I ended up having to break my lease with them. They ended up slapping me with a $3000 bill ta boot! I never did anything damaging to the apartment, but they decided to charge me with these false acusations of damaging everything in the place they could think of. All this even after living there for almost 4 years....never late with a payment....never missed a month....and the place was spotless when I moved out.
