It is not a bad place...comparable to the others in the Wells Brach area. You do get some screwy neighbors though.

Maintenance is pretty good...should be since their old apartments. The staff is pretty nice as employess as apartment complexes go. The manager is very nice, and quite a good looking lady which never hurts
