I've been here since March 2005 and I'll get out as soon as my lease is up. The price is O.K. for such an old place.Poor ventilation.Once, the room adjacent to mine was flooded for whatever reason I don't know and the water permeated and flooded my kichen,the dinning area,the W/D connection area and one of the closets in the bedroom.The water/waste and energy bills are unusually high.If you can afford an apt. of $500/525.00 then don't come here.Once my lease is over in two months time I'll be out of here before they can even say jack.
