I have been here since April 06 and have had many issues. When it rain water streams the wall by the front door. It has been freezing outside and have not had any hot water for 3 days after the apartment management had supposebly fixed the water line when we were without water for 2 whole days. They had not given any notice and when you called the office they were all nonchalant about it.
