I have lived here for 2 years now. The first year was all fine and dandy until right after the second year of renewing my lease these neighbors moved in.... they started just letting anyone move in after Katrina hit. These neighbors caused me so many problems that its just ridiculous how management handles them. I would here loud music til about 2 in the morning, people fighting outside, people driving through the complex like a damn raceway. It got to the point were I called management about these issues every week. THey said "OK we'll handle it". But they were so unproffesional and all they cared about was their appearance. During the ice storm in January of 07 I had bad water damage on my ceiling and the ceiling was caving in. There way of fixing it was to repaint over it. Maintenance was alright but I had to call more than a few times. I also had my car side swiped between the hours of 11pm and 7am the next morning (probably by a drugee) and 2 days later my husbands car was broken into. I told management and they said I had to call the cops. so i call the cops and they can't do anything because it happened on private property. I spoke with the property manager and he was also no help at all. Oh yeah when you move out they will charge a couple of thousand dollars on B.S.. They charged one of my friends $3,000 and another one $8,000. And if you have children this is not a place where you would want them to live because there are people doing and selling drugs everywhere.....Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
