This might possibly be the worst property in the Wells Branch area. The management is unprofessional, and could give two cents about its residents. We have had nothing but problems since signing the lease. The ants are ridiculous and the property appointed pest control is a joke. They come in for about 1.5 minutes, pretend to be doing something, and leave, The next thing you know there are a million ants all over the bathroom sink, and the worst part is pest control never came back for the follow-up. Also, who gives them the right to paint a fire zone line around the space where your car is parked or stick a handicapped sign there overnight without some kind of notification' Yes, both of these instances happened, and their whole attitude is basically get over it. Of course, this is all the while the manager is sweetly denying that there isn't anything she can do about as she thrusts her bosom is your face. This has been an ongoing four-year process. If this has been an "ongoing four-year process", why exactly did you keep renewing your lease if it was so bad? That's a bit questionable.
