When I went to Churchill I just left a really crappy apartment and by the look of Churchill Apartments I wasn't expecting much. (This was before they painted they outside of the apartments) My whole experience with Churchill was excellent! When I moved in the apartment was squeeky clean. The manager was awesome, which is rare these days for apartment complexes, and everyone in the office was awesome! Maint was quick to respond to work orders. The only downfall for this apartment, which they can't do anything about, is the location. A rough area, but if you keep to yourself you shouldn't have any problems.
