First let me say you will never get truth from Office Staff, The pools have been closed and locked for 2 months because they are waiting on a part' No matter what you ask the office staff they say I'm sorry I can't help you I don't make the decisions, The landscaping around the office is beautiful, around 75% of the apartments the ground is bare. When asking the staff why the sprinklers don't work they have the standard answer. I'm sorry I can't fix as I don't make those decisions.You better have your car stickers up to date as Churchill has tow trucks cruse the parking lot almost every hour. If you rent an apartment they will not ever show you the exact apartment as only a few have up to date appliances like the model. If you think the apt you walk into will look like the model you will be shocked. The hot water in some apts is very hot in others it takes 20 minutes to reach warm. If you rent here I suggest you knock on doors and ask to see apt or one near you. Look at grounds, ask about how flexible the office will be if you are one day late. The management appears to be nice until you need something then you get the standard answer. Look at the closed dirty pools-Closed for 2 months for a part should tell you something. Laundry has had some washers out for 2 years. Today they were covered with black plastic to keep the stench of dirty water down. Oh by the way I was told when I moved in the laundry was going to be remodeled that summer. Still waiting, and if you ask' I'm sorry but I have no bla bla. Ask the tenants if you want the truth.
