I have lived here many years and the apartments are a good deal but you get what you pay for. What we are paying for does not include Open Swimming Pools, Landscaping in 80% of complex and clean working laundry rooms. I agree with other poster that the apartments are not equal. Some are very nice and some look like they have 30year old appliances. The apartments treat loud noise complaints like you are bothering the staff. The parking lot is falling apart. I think the pools are closed because they can't afford the insurance as the office staff appears frustrated and blames DeWayne on not being able to open pools. I feel sorry for the office staff as it appears they truly cannot help their tenants without approval from DeWayne an upper office manager.
If you want cheap price, no grass and dirty walkways buildings not near office, closed swimming pools you found the right place.
My apartment is one of the nicer ones but you do take your chances if you rent as they will neer show you the apartemt you are going top rent even if it is empty. You cannot see the apartment until you signed lease and paid your money. Don't expect the pools to open as they have been waiting for Dewayne to buy a "part" for months.

That makes sense about the insurance, That would explain why they won't even let people use the chairs to sun. I also wish they would clean the hallways also as maintenance will walk right past nails,trash,old vomit without cleaning UNLESS you call and ask office.
