Cars seem to get broken into regularly. Office staff was unhelpful and rude. They love to fine the tennants for everything. I was never fined, so I am not bitter, but I know plently that were.
Traffic near the mall is dangerous. There are plenty of accidents. You dont see many people stay past their leases, despite what they tell you in the office. The parking is so horrible it is hard to describe. You can not have guests come to visit you. It is that simple. There is just nowhere for them. And if they do find a spot, you have to meet them so that they can place a parking tag in their car window so they are not towed. Oh what fun! Most of their parking is covered or garage parking so you have to give in and pay the extra $40 - $80 a month to secure a spot.
As far as maintenance, we had a signifigant water problem in our unit. It took them over 2 days to get out there after numerous calls to even the manager. As a result, much water damage was done to the unit that they just covered up and didnt take care of properly. As time goes on, there will for sure be a mold problem.
I can not comment on the wonderful views. We were told we would have one of the best on the property, but in fact we did not have one at all. They seem though as if they just might be worth all the other stuff that you no doubt will have to put up with if you live at The Cliffs.
