Pretty scary place

I wouldn't call the management here "great" but they are competent, and friendly. I didn't have any major repair problems.
Unfortunately, Club Creek is in a BAD neighborhood, and they have BAD tenants. My wife and I lived there for 6 mos. with our 1 year old son while our house was being built. I should have been more cognizant of the neighborhood and the tenants. It is not a place for families. Domestic fights, drug deals in the parking lot, vandalizing of cars, little urchins beating the ---- out of each other in the courtyard. Police cars all over the place. Once, a police helicopter hovered over the complex at 3 am. Even the Riverside neighborhoods east of 35 are better.
My advice: there are complexes just as cheap but in better neighborhoods.
