Its changed ownership and now called the Clayton Lane Apartments. Current residents are mostly from Mexico working here on a visa with as many as 5 adults in a 1 bedroom. Just getting minor problems fix, like a range top with only 1 of the 4 burners working can take 6 month or more to get fixed, if ever.

Rules concerning noise tend to be ignored. Bottles are constantly left just sitting in the courtyard. They're unable to keep any type of maintenance employees for more than 2-3 month, if that long, since they new management took over back in 2008. Your also just as likely to find broken bottles in the parking lot. People here will put old bedding, and anything else, in the dumpster causing it to constantly overflow. Parts of the brick facade have been knocked down multiple times from people being too drunk to drive.

Make a mistake and park in the wrong spot, for any reason, and your likely to have J&J Towing, another problem with ethical practices, show up and leave you owning $193 towing fee.

The plumbing here is needing to be changed out entirely due to the fact its copper pipe installed back in 1966.

I live there now and need to get out. I have no refrigerator, and can not reach the management at all. The apartment is infested with roaches, and the apartment was not cleaned before renting it to me. The electric burner in the kitchen has to be unplugged to go off if turned on the highest setting for one of the burners, and one doesn't work at all. I want to get out now......I also have a disabled fiance who has to go upand down the stairs from the aprtment we live in because the management will not let us move to a down stairs unit. And that is partly because we can't reach them, by phone or at the office......
