My husband and I have lived here for 16 months now. This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at while living here in Austin, TX. The maintenance has always been responsive and gets things done whenever I ask for them to. The people in the front office are very helpful. I have absolutely no issues with parking - but of course I have a garage I park in. So I really don't pay attention to the people complaining about parking. It's a really great place to live - you should check it out!!
