As long as I have lived in the apartments, from the first month noticed cars being vandalized. Lighting is poor, and parking is very minimal unless you pay 100 a month for a one car garage that is detatched (and not close to your home). There have been several cars broken into, stolen goods and some appear that people are only doing it for personal pleasure. After letting the complex manager know of these occurances no flyers have been sent to the residents notifying them about the break in's or anything. After speaking with the manager she never once showed concern and was not helpful besides referring me to get a garage which is not available at this time.

Before moving to this place I would consider elsewhere. you are paying a large amount for a nice home however if you want to spend money on your deductable to get your windows fixed and belonging that are stole from your car... this would be a great place besides that. No cameras are going to be installed nor extra lighting.

I can only imagine if these people are soon going to start breaking into our homes. I will not be suprised if that does happen.

Be very cautious as to where you choose to live. It will be more costly to rent here vs somewhere else based on the money you will spend to have your belongings replaced and fixed. Not to mention the money you will have to spend on a rental while your car is being fixed!

You people are nuts and are missing a large portion of your brains. Perhaps your cars are getting broken into because you leave your valuables in sight. Take them inside!!!!
