Worst Maintenance I've ever seen. Try to justify everything that doesn't work

These people can't fix anything and try to tell you nothing is wrong, they ignore problems and service request. Noisy basketball courts and very little free parking but plenty of PAID, covered parking. Expect to walk quite a bit to your apartment if you haven't rented a parking space! Don't expect management to enforce community rules and sound levels. STAY AWAY!

I lived here at 2 different times within 2 years apart. You'd of thought I woulda learned the first time. BOTH time I moved in, the apartment was filthy, things broken and very unkept. The noise level is ridiculous and when you do complain, obviously it's not enforced. NEVER....NEVER again...stay way from Colonial Village at Quarry Oaks.
