Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Last night, 12 cars were broken into and their stereos stolen. All of the buildings where this occurred were in close proximity to the exit gate that has been broken for months. When I told the office that my car was broken into, they were unconcerned and did nothing, not even indicate that they would soon fix the broken gate. On top of this, they took over 3 weeks to fix a simple light fixture in my apartment, the maintenance staff turned my air conditioning to 55 degrees and left it there when they left, and they have been slow to respond to any problems. This place has gone downhill really fast. I will not be renewing my lease
