I agree with all of the complaints about the management being really awful. I once called in a maintenance call, a week went by and I went down to the office to ask what was going on with my maintenance call only to find that my call was not even on their call log. I have also had trouble with the A/C malfunctioning 3 times. At one point it took a week for anyone to fix it and the temperature outside was close to 90 degrees. We also asked for a quiet area in the complex. We had our choice of the volleyball court or by the swimming pool. They picked the spot by the pool, which is often noisy in the summer. If I knew about the many complaints with the management staff before I moved in I would have thought twice before living here. Yes, there is plenty of space in my apartment (although one of the bedrooms has dents everywhere that have been painted over) but I don't think the location or the office staff make it worth anyone to consider living here.
