I recommend the complex, but here are the warnings:

Colonial Village has so many staff and so much going on that they can't keep it together. The assistant manager lost our water bill that she stuck in her safe deposit box, but didn't post. MAKE SURE YOU GET A DEPOSIT FOR EVERYTHING!

Also, I gave my info. twice for the complex to change my name to my married name on the lease, and they never got to it.

Parking is horrible. We had to park on the other side of the complex 50% of the time. You can buy covered, but who should have to pay extra, a good spot should be free.

And make sure you never are late with your rent, because the fees are OUTRAGEOUS!

Maintenance service is a little slow.
