I feel that I was completely and purposely descriminated against. My boyfriend and I had to go into the office about 15 times, on different occasions, and everytime there was something else that WE "FORGOT" to bring. They didn't give us a list of all the things we would need. Everytime we went, we needed something else. We finally wanted to give up on them for being so rude, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COOPERATE NUMBER. THey didn't let me get the apartment because something else was missing, and they decided to keep my security deposit, I NEVER GOT TO EVEN STEP FOOT IN THE APARTMENT. I threatened to call cooperate and they said they would give it back. It's been a month and we still haven't recieved a check from their sorry asses. They were trying to keep us from ever contacting cooperate. I am going to take it as far as it goes, because I know I wasn't the only one treated this way. While I was in their office, plenty of times, I was witness to how they treated other people that went in as well.

Call the office and ask them who manages the apartment complex... usually with apartment complexes "corporate" does not exist.. you have to be very specific. Better yet, go to www.apartmentguide.com, type in the name of the apartment complex, and there will be a tab called "management." That will tell you who manages the complex, and you can absolutely call them and complain in order to have yours concerns addressed!
