I lived here a year ago and I absolutely loved it. Single gal in her first job South and I found the commute worth it. It was such a nice place for a great price. I have to move out of Austin but if I come back, I will rent here.
The only reason I left is because my old SUV could not take the commute anymore.
I had a huge bathroom and balcony. Vaulted ceilings and I always felt safe. The staff was nice. The maintenance was always speedy and the staff would call you to make sure everything was working fine.
Like any apartment complex, you just need to track everything. I read the bad reviews about the staff and it sounds to me like these people did not documnet as well as they should. Get your ---- in writing people! Then you negotiate with the complex. Trust me, I've been renting for the last 7 years.
I highly recommend this complex. Like I said, I would move back if I could.
