I have been living here since 2003 with my husband. I would not recommend this place to anyone, with or without children.
The office staff, is horrible to deal with, there's usually one person in the office doing "work" and a handful in the back chit chatting and ignoring people.
I loved this apartment when it was owned by Centergate, courteous staff, great upkeep, 5 stars all the way. Since ownership has changed, things have done a 360 here from the once lovely complex it was.
We have a horrible problem with noise from upstairs, which no one does anything about, because one of their maintenence workers and family lives there. My toddler's room is infested with fire ants, the pest control was supposed to come by and spray, but never did, and no one in the office answers my calls.
The volleyball field is a stray cat litter box, and any patches of grass are the resident's dog's toilet.
I can't wait until our lease expires and we move out of here for good. They may be nice when taking your money and showing the model apartment, but be ready for plenty of surprises.
