Colonial village at quarry oaks is the best apartment complex i have ever lived in. The staff is great, and friendly. the maintenance people are awsome too. they get it right the first time and i dont have to call them to come back again and again. the walls and ceilings are so thinck that i never heard my neighbors... ever. you have to see the pool. it is beautiful with the hot tub and gas bbq's. unlike the new properties out there this one still has trees so i really felt at home. i love it here. i dont ever want to move out. you would be crazy to listen to what all the crazy people on here say. i have seen people in the office get mad because they didn't pay their rent on time (which they even give a grace period) and say that they are charging them for no reason. then they go on here and blame the people in the office. it's funny, i love colonial village at quarry oaks.

This posting is crazy! Tell me something, doesnt this sound a lot like something someone in the office would write? I know a few people in the office, and this sounds like their wording. Dont believe what you are reading! This place sucks! It has a horrible rude, inconsiderate, selfish staff, terrible manager, horrible maintenance. THey are a bunch of slumlords that never take care of their residents and then gouge you constantly for more money. Their is no value. You can find many other places for less rent and less headache!
