So I moved in last August with my roommate and everything at been going really good for the first couple of months then one day everything change! The ladies of the leasing office became very rude and hard to talk too and we started recieving notices for this and that you know stuff about trash sitting outside knowing damn well your going to take it to the trash can. They would also send notices for the rent being late one day. Then I would recieve notes about packages I need to pick up and when I would go pick them up the office would be closed and or they would have an excuse about how they couldnt find it. Recently Ive had to call sercuity in the middle of night cause of all the people down at the pool between 4-6am and they never come. As far as maintanice they are quick to fix problems and very friendly! Parking is a ***** you have to get here at the right time. Oh and rent I if its not on time they will charge you extra and the hold your check for 5 days before they cash or might even file eviction on you! trust me it has happen to me already!
