Sadly enough, what could be a EXCELLENT property is managed by employees who are incompetent & what seems to be a budget totally out of wack!!! CV@ Quarry Oaks is in a great hotspot,nestled in great part of town off McNeil, a very desirable location, and visually beautiful construction. Unfortunately, the management doesn't care enough about the community, or it's residents.

Since I've moved into this property, the ground have gone straight down the tubes! I've seen groundkeeper picking up trash, but it's constantly dirty!!! The holes in the road have yet to be filled..and keep growing & growing! The gates never seem to be working properly. The keypads for the access gates are sooo worn out that it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the code...making me wonder why the gates are closed at all!!!

The office staff seems to just come and go.. I've hoped with the constant fresh meat in the office that we would all luck out & get someone that's good at their job!! I have yet to make a single phone call to the office without a display of stupidity, or carelessness being made. I have come to expect to make 3-4 phone calls to the office to get one thing done!!

Maintenance either 1)Doesn't seem to get work orders, or 2)Loses them all together.
I'll will say at times they seem to get them, and complete them in a timely matter.
I have seen a female maintenance employee doing more work than any man on the property!! She deserves a big pat on the back & a freakin raise!!!

My suggestion to someone shopping around is to look at another property on McNeil. You will most certainly get more BANG for your BUCK! Hopefully, a year or two down the line that would be another story.
