I have lived at CV @ Quarry Oaks for 5 months now. Luckily when I moved in I had a super clean apartment, working appliances, and new carpet. The rent is expensive for my one bedroom but it is quiet, safe and the office staff can always answer my questions. Parking at night is nearly impossible (anytime after 8 and you are lucky to get a spot at your building). Another drawback is when I have my air conditioning on, water drops/leaks into my bathtub. Something to do when the condensation I've been told. I don't think everyone would have this problem though. So overall I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to my friends and family. It is by far the best apartment I have lived in.

I do have a question though- Does anyone know what kind of charges they give you when you move out' Like having to pay for new carpet or repairs' Some places are really rough so I was just wondering.
