Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have lived here for almost 3 years. I receive prompt replies to requests and the staff is courteous. Though they have gone through several staffing changes since my move-in, this group seems to be on the ball. They are making good changes. I live on the back side of the property and it's very quiet. I don't know about parking, because I have a carport for $15/month, which is well worth it to not have to think about parking. Currently trying to move into a house and transfer my lease. If anyone out there is looking, this really is a good place to live. Things to remember: this is an apartment, you are a tenant not an owner. Be a respectful tenant and neighbor and the rest is easy.
