Great location and quiet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived here for a year and a half. I had a great view of the creek with a very private balcony. Neighbors were friendly. Management was okay. I had a problem with squirrels above my ceiling and maintenence didn't fix it was my only problem. This place is great but overpriced since you don't have a washer/dryer, the pool is dirty, no fitness center, or security gates. I would have stayed if the rent went down.
