I love these apartments... I've lived in a one bedroom for about 6 months now and the only problem I've had so far is keeping steady hot water for the shower. The management is great, and if not there will respond very quickly to a phone call or note left at the door. ACL caused parking issues, but other than that the bar hasn't proven to be of any thought at all. My apartment is on the opposite side of the parking lot, so I don't hear anything at all. Living in the one bedroom by yourself will give you plenty of room, but may prove to be somewhat suffocating if more than one person is living there. Some apartments (as mine) have concrete floors, which are great in the summer. Electric costs are very low. I've never once heard any noise from my neighbors unless I leave the windows and doors open to let air through.
