Congress Square Apartments

LOVED IT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I was a resident at Congress Square for a year and loved it. It was a great location. Within walking distance to Town Lake, SoCo (1st Thursday) and very close to the heart of downtown. Parking was hardly ever an issue. The maintence and managment were always very prompt and helpful. The utilities were insanely low. The bar was never an issue, not loud at all from where my apartment was. It is hidden from the view of Congress Ave. which is nice. The outside or exterior of the apartments may look old and run down, but the inside were great. I had concrete floors and an exposed brick wall in my dining area, huge window in living room, built in book shelves. I would of loved to live there for longer, my job required me to move. I highly recommend it. You will be getting downtown living for non-downtown prices!!!
