Nice place to live, close to downtown. The apartments need some upgrades, but you can't bet the location. Also, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors from time to time (you can hear your nieghbors tv/music even at jsut a little higher than normal volume). The gournds are very well kept. You never have to worry about waiting weeks if something needs to be fixed in your apartment; they never took more than a day to get to any problems. The parkig is not to bad, but not great.
