This apartment complex was built in 1983, so it?s pretty old. It?s been around for quite a while. The apartments really need updating and reconstruction, the walls, doors, and windows are poorly insulated. This can cause the utility bills to skyrocket, my electric bill is usually way too high! The cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom is less than desirable, it?s made of cheap wood and particle board. I don?t like the linoleum flooring at all. The carpets stain very easily. I think the rent is too high when compared to the amount of square footage you get. For instance I pay $555 for 503 square feet. Too expensive! Since I?ve lived here there have been about 4 or 5 different leasing managers and countless temporary office staff. I never know who is down there running the office...On the positive side- the residents are very quiet, the neighborhood surrounding the complex is very nice, and there is a city park nearby.
