I have been living at convict hill village for 5 years now, and these past 2 years have been the best. The new managers and maintanece men are great, they get things done very quickly. I have actually talked to the maintanence men about the sub floor problems that people are complaining about and they told me they are now fixing the problems before every move in. They fixed mine while I was still living there, they got it done in 1.5 days and gave me brand new carpet. Great place!!
