Hi I am a tenant at Convict Hill and the manager asked us to write some comments on this site good or bad just so people would know more about the complex.

I have lived here 2 years and had my ups and downs, when I first moved in I really didn't enjoy my neighbor very loud and very freaky. I complained to management about it and they were able to move me to a different unit pretty fast.

At the moment I am quite happy with this place, its quite and very relaxing. The apartment themselves are pretty old I think this complex was built in the mid 80's. But it is worth every penny, I shopped around all the complexes in the area and price per penny this one is the best.

The two maintanence here are nice and always try to make friends with the tenants. I guess this sounds pretty cheezy because I don't have much of anything bad to say. I guess the parking lot could use a repair, there is a pot hole in the back that I need to go around. Also I wish they can have a steady assistant manager, I guess because its just a part time job nobody wants to stay. But at least the real manager is great, she is a little young but she knows what she is doing. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
