I've been living here about 8 months and I haven't had anything to complain about. The manager does come off as a ------ at first, but if you're nice to her she'll be nice back. I think she's assertive at first just to show that she won't put up with any BS from tenants. If you have a problem, she will fix it promptly.

I love the fact that it's right next to the library. I also enjoy walking or riding my bike to ---- Nichols park which is about a quarter mile away.

The only thing that I would complain about would be that you can hear footsteps from the apartment above me. There's also no coin machine in the laundromat.

For the price compared to other apartments in the area, I can't complain much. I would recommend these apartments to others.
