We have lived here for 1 year and have just signed up for an extension. The apartment was prepared well, and was clean, orderly and pest free when we moved in. Our neighbors are quiet and the landscaping is great. All of our dealings with the management have been courteous and professional. All routine maintenance requests have been addressed promptly and professionally. The maintenance team has always gone the extra mile. The apartment has held up well and maintenance issues have been small routine issues. And, though I have some limitations due to a handicap, the maintenance team has repeatedly helped us with tasks typically outside of their scope to assist us in dealing with my disability.
All in all, our time here at Convict Hill top-notch. The management and maintenance team are the best we have experienced in years of apartment living here in Austin. My wife and I give this property the highest recommendation. I've read the negative reviews and have not seen any evidence of the problems mentioned. The management here runs a tight ship and, for us at least, it appears that problems are addressed quickly and courteously. Again, the highest recommendation.
