Where do I start. I've been wanting to leave for years now, but can't afford it. Manager is trashy, leaves work early and doesn't take good care of this property. If you are late with anything at all, she issues eviction notices instead of "past due" notices. Your car will get towed at the drop of a hat if you don't have a parking permit. The A.C in my unit is absolutely black inside and the apartment is extremely dusty (leaky ducts'). The maintenance guy tries to keep up, but he's the only one at this point. Heaven forbid if something happens over the weekend. You will be S.O.L!
