I absolutley love this place. I renewed because I love the area and can't afford to buy a house there. It's awesome that I have a great apartment complex to live in, in this neighborhood. Shannon is awesome. If you are trashy, then yes, she won't be cool with you. It's her job to be discriminating about her tenants, and she's damn good at it. I have no complaints at all. Totally love it!
