I've lived at Coppertree for 2 1/2 years and can say that almost everything that has been said already here (good and bad) is completely true. They are constantly having water mains breaking causing water to be out to the entire complex for hours at a time. I can't even begin to count how many cars have gotten broken into over the past few months. My building alone has had 2 apartments broken into (both 1st floor) while I've lived there. I haven't seen any mice in my apartment, but mosquitos and cockroaches are everywhere since the complex borders a lot of wooded areas. They have a 35 pound weight limit on dogs, but I have never seen that enforced and many residents have pitbulls and other large dogs that lunge at you and growl as you walk by. Parking is a nightmare for many of the people in the complex. Guests rarely park in the guest parking spaces, they advertise that they tow, but never do, and if you come home late at night, be prepared to park on the street. On the plus side, the management is the friendliest I've ever had and they all seem very willing to help the residents, but it usually takes 2-3 requests before jobs actually get passed along to someone who can do them. Spend your money elsewhere because the bads far outweigh the goods at this place.
